The contact form asks for your name, your email address and a description of what you would like to change. Optionally you may add an organization name, a starting point (one of four capability areas) and a date or constraint. Nothing else is requested; no files can be uploaded.

Standard server logs record technical request data (such as the requested address, response status and a pseudonymous rate-limit key derived from the network address) for security and error handling. Log contents never include the text you submit.

Reviewing and responding to your inquiry; preventing abuse of the form through rate limiting and duplicate protection; keeping the website secure and available.

Your details are not used for marketing lists, profiling or automated decisions, and are not sold or shared for advertising.

A submitted inquiry is delivered by email to the InterrexAI inquiry mailbox through a transactional email provider, using an idempotency key that prevents duplicate delivery on retries. Your email address is used only as the reply-to address of that message.

The website is served by a hosting provider on behalf of InterrexAI. Access to inquiries is limited to the people who review and respond to them.

Rate-limit counters and duplicate-protection records expire automatically within 24 hours. The receipt cookie described below expires after 15 minutes.

Inquiry emails are kept only as long as needed to review and respond and to keep a record of the correspondence. You can ask for your details to be corrected or deleted at any time through the contact form.

The website sets no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. After an inquiry is accepted, one strictly necessary cookie ("irx_receipt") is set for up to 15 minutes so the confirmation page can show that your inquiry was received. It contains a random identifier and a signature only, none of your entered text.

Any future analytics would be introduced only after an explicit decision and, where required, a consent control. None is active.

Requests for access, correction or deletion can be made through the contact form. They are handled by the person responsible for inquiries at InterrexAI.
